My name is Janaye Behrens, and I am thrilled for the opportunity to work with you! I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and my goal and hope is for you to feel empowered in your food choices, your body, and your health. 

 

There is so much confusing information out there about food, nutrition, and health, and my hope is to help you reach your specific and unique health goals while also helping you feel confident in learning about how your body works and how to make the best food and nutrition decisions for you!

“I have been yo-yo dieting my whole life. I can lose weight. Restrict my calories and what I’m eating…the pounds fall off. Unfortunately when I started eating like a normal human again, I gained all the weight back and more. I was done dieting. I wanted a lifestyle change!
